These terms cover use of our website and client/caregiver portal. Care services themselves are governed by the Services Agreement you sign when care begins — where these terms and that agreement differ, the signed agreement controls.
Birth & Beyond Care, LLC is an Oklahoma-licensed home care agency (License HC8155) providing non-medical care, skilled nursing services, and care staffing across Oklahoma.
You're responsible for keeping your login private and for activity under your account. Family accounts may only access information for their linked care recipients. Caregiver accounts are for our care team's work — GPS-verified clock-ins, visit notes, and scheduling. We may suspend accounts that are misused.
Care decisions depend on what you tell us. You agree that health details, schedules, and household information you provide are accurate and kept up to date — it keeps your loved one and our caregivers safe.
Visits are requested through the portal, by phone, or through our assistants, and are confirmed by our office. Cancellations require 24 hours notice; late cancellations may be billed up to 50% of the scheduled visit. Emergencies are treated with common sense, not penalties.
Rates are provided before service begins. For recurring care, a deposit equal to two weeks of the approved weekly care hours is due before caregiver staffing is finalized. One week of that deposit is designated as a non-refundable scheduling retainer. For example, an eight-hours-per-week schedule requires a deposit equal to 16 care hours; the portion equal to eight care hours is non-refundable. This payment secures caregiver staffing, scheduling, and administrative coordination services. Only the one-week scheduling-retainer portion is designated as non-refundable.
Invoices are payable within the stated terms via the payment link (processed by Stripe). Overdue balances may pause scheduling.
Caregivers are screened, background-checked, credential-tracked employees or contractors of the agency. You may request a replacement at any time and may designate any caregiver as do-not-return. You agree not to hire our caregivers directly outside the agency for 12 months after their last visit with you.
Content on this website — including responses from our AI assistants (CARE, BABYC, BEA) — is general information, not medical advice. Non-medical caregivers provide medication reminders only; clinical services are provided through our skilled nursing program under appropriate licensure. In an emergency, call 911.
Don't misuse the website or portal: no unauthorized access attempts, no scraping, no abusive content in chats or messages, no submitting false inquiries or applications.
The website and portal are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability related to use of the website or portal is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Oklahoma law.
We may update these terms and this website; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
